1. Information we collect

• Account information you provide (name, email, company).
• Booking/checkout data processed on behalf of our customers.
• Google user data: when you connect Google Analytics 4, we request the
  https://www.googleapis.com/auth/analytics.edit scope.

2. How we use Google user data
   We use Google Analytics Admin API access solely to create the custom
   dimensions ActionRabbit needs in the GA4 property you select, so that
   ActionRabbit events appear in your GA4 reports. We do not read, download,
   or store your Analytics reports or data.
3. Limited Use disclosure
   ActionRabbit’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs
   adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy
   (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy),
   including the Limited Use requirements.
4. Sharing
   We do not sell personal data or share Google user data with third
   parties, except as required by law.
5. Data retention
   We do not store Google user data. The OAuth access token is held
   temporarily in server memory only to create the GA4 custom dimensions,
   is never written to a database or shared, and is discarded when the
   server restarts. No Analytics data is read or retained.

You can revoke ActionRabbit’s access to your Google account at any time
at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

6. Security
   Data is transmitted over HTTPS and access is restricted to authorized
   personnel.
